BPSR Kinesis North located in Escondido, provides mental health treatment in an outpatient setting to adults, including Transitional Age Youth (TAY), living with a serious and persistent psychiatric illness. We provide individual, group therapy, family therapy, social skills building groups, case management, employment assistance, peer support, and medication assessment and monitoring. In addition, BPSR Kinesis North provides telepsychiatry services for the Ramona and Fallbrook service locations.

The Program Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the program including ensuring quality of services, staff management, leadership and supervision, financial matters, administrative activities, record keeping, safety and compliance. As program needs demand, the Program Manager also provides individual assessment and group and individual counseling and rehabilitation services to clients. The Program Manager demonstrates a strong working knowledge of medical model, best practices in counseling, bio-psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery, and the CCISC model of integrated services for co-occurring disorders.
