    Mental Health Systems, Inc. (MHS) was founded in 1978 to provide mental health and drug and alcohol rehabilitation services in an innovative and cost-effective manner.     Position Description

    This position exists to provide secretarial and clerical support to the Program Manager. The position consists of typical administrative support duties and responsibilities such as typing, filing, answering phones, preparing reports, transcribing dictation, ordering supplies, and sorting mail.

    Education/Experience Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • One year of full-time, executive secretarial or administrative assistant experience performing duties similar to those required by this position.
    • Bilingual in a threshold language is preferred.
    • Knowledge of San Bernardino County Simon billing procedure
