    Families Forward Wraparound provides mental health and supportive services with a team of caring professionals. Our program helps children and youth remain in the home with their families, and assists them in becoming more successful in other key areas of their lives. Our wraparound process honors the family’s voices and brings people together from different parts of the family’s life to provide a network of support.     Position Description

    The Program Supervisor supervises administrative departments functions and staff and provides agency outreach, recruitment. Oversees program referrals and intakes. The Program Supervisor’s range of authority is consistent with that of MHS Program Supervisors. Decisions relating to clinical issues at the program level are made in conjunction with the Program Manager.



    • Provides supervision of Administrative, Medical Records, and Quality Assurance staff.
    • Conducts program outreach and recruitment.
    • Coordinates and manages all agency referrals and referral process.
    • Ensures program contract compliance by completing monthly and quarterly reports required by funder.
    • Provides Crisis Intervention support as needed.
    • Provides case consultation, supervision, and coaching to clinical staff as needed.
    • Provide required documentation and reports, both clinical and administrative.
    • Attends appropriate community and agency meetings and task forces.
    • Facilitates Wraparound and other trainings.

    Education/Experience Requirements

    • Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
    • Current BBS associate registration or licensure as SW, MFT, or PCC, or Clinical Psychologist and supervisory experience preferred.
    • Minimum three years experience working with children, youth and their families in a mental health setting or in the community
    • Experience in providing Wraparound services preferred.
    • Valid California Driver License and Current Automobile Insurance
