    Position Description

    The Regional Supervisor is responsible for clinical oversight/supervision of cases in the Wraparound program as well as supervising Family and Youth Support Partners, BA level Counselors, and MA licensed-eligible staff in their designated region.



    • Provide clinical supervision to and supervise all direct clinical service staff in the region, including Family Support Partners, BA Level Counselors and BBS Registered MA Level staff in designated region.
    • Provide training to regional staff in documentation per state, county, and program guidelines.
    • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and clinical support to staff to ensure fidelity to Wraparound.
    • Provide 24-hour crisis intervention as part of a back-up team.
    • Provide individual and group case consultation.
    • Provide required documentation and reports, both clinical and administrative.
    • Consult with parents, caregivers, referral sources, and other agencies.
    • Complete Medi-Cal documentation and billing per County and program standards, accurately, completely and timely.
    • Maintain a flexible schedule in accordance with staff needs.
    • Represent program at community and agency meetings.

    Education/Experience Requirements

    • BBS Licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC. Preferred minimum licensure for 2 years or more and coursework necessary to provide supervision to licensed-eligible interns for BBS requirements.
    • Experience in supervision of interns and staff.
    • Experience in individual, group, and family counseling, with a focus on children and youth.
    • Experience in providing Wraparound services preferred.
