The Mariposa Clubhouse is a bio-psychosocial rehabilitation program serving individuals living with mental health issues. Clubhouse members participate in social, educational, and vocational activities that promote self-reliance. Trained staff provide side-by-side support as clubhouse members work towards achieving their goals.

The Peer Support Specialist will use their experience and knowledge to mentor to those members who set employment as a goal. Provide assistance and guidance to Clubhouse members so that members can achieve their highest potential in all life skills. Use his/her unique life and recovery experiences to mentor Clubhouse members. Function as a colleague and role model working in partnership with Clubhouse members and other staff in all facets of the Clubhouse program. This position will focus on group and client engagement.
