This position exists to provide support to the Quality Improvement (QI) Department. The QI Support Specialist works directly with the Director of Quality Improvement and department staff, interfacing with all levels of management of the clinical divisions and the Corporate Office. Under the direction of the Quality Improvement Director, incumbent provides support to the QI department in a wide variety of situations. Incumbent performs administrative and analytical work requiring independent judgment, a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
